Sparkling Wine
Every wine producing country in the world produces sparkling wines. In Spain they produce a great sparking wine called Cava. Cava is the Spanish word for Champagne method. In France any French appellation contrôlée fizz must, by law, be made by the Champagne method. Many are called Cremant, a term that, confusingly, is traditionally used to describe a less vigorously sparkling Champagne.
